this medium sized hosta is noted for its dark green leaves with bold white margins and its exceptional vigor. the white often streaks toward the center of the leaves.this sport of "francee" was designated 1997 hosta of the year by the hga.
this hosta is quite unique in color. as it appears the leaves are completely white. with maturity, streaks of green begin to appear and lavender flowers rise from the top. excellent for shade or partial shade. grows even in moist locations. plant 18-24" apart. they take about 1 year to establish.
